Auditions for the UIL One Act Play will be on September 6 and open to all students. Pick up an audition packet today from Ms. Funderburk in room 302!
The theatre department will be selling mums for $20. There are various colors and come in a 12-inch pot. Please help us reach our goal of renting costumes for our One Act Play competition. Stop by Ms. Funderburk's room for more information.

Mr. Jay Malone is the Volleyballs Teacher of the Week! Ladydogs will play in the CJH main gym on Thursday, August 25 against Center. The games will start at 4:30.

We are proud to announce that our ELAR department received an ELA Distinction Designation from the 21-22 STAAR test results based on the student performance in ELAR.
The ELAR department worked diligently all year to meet individual needs of students in closing the gaps and mastery. We could not be more proud of their dedication and the student success at CJHS.

CISD Transportation is hiring bus drivers to safely transport our Bulldog students. Driving a school bus has many benefits including:

Our teachers have been working hard in their classrooms to prepare for the year, and we canāt wait to have our Bulldogs back on campus! A few things to remember tomorrow when dropping your child off in the morning.
ā¶ We want to keep our students safe. Please drop off and pick up students on Holly St. Do not drop off or pick up sudents on Davis St. or at Masonic Lodge.
ā¶ Students must be in their first-period class no later than 7:45 a.m.
